Cary Library Extends Sunday Hours in September

Cary Library will remain closed on summer Sundays through Labor Day.

 

With the arrival of September comes the extension of the Cary Area Library's hours of operation.

Library director Diane McNulty has announced Sunday hours will increase by an hour effective Sept. 9. The new library hours for Sundays will be from 1 to 5 p.m.

Last year, the library was only open to patrons from 1 to 4 p.m., according to library officials. 

On Friday, Aug. 24, registration for the library's fall programs begins at 9 a.m. Library officials are expecting online and in-person registrations.
