Registered Sex Offenders Map for Crystal Lake
Before children go trick-or-treating, parents can investigate where registered sex offenders live in their neighborhood.

Before they do, refer to a Crystal Lake Police Department resource for information on where the city's 21 registered sex offenders are living.
Crystal Lake Police Chief David Linder last year implemented OffenderWatch to manage registered sex offenders in the community.

OffenderWatch enables Illinois law enforcement agencies to collaborate and share information with law enforcement partners statewide, police said.
It also is a great resource for parents to identify houses they may wish their children avoid while trick-or-treating. Residents living in Cary, Lakewood, and Fox River Grove can use the site, as well, or refer to the Illinois State registered sex offender reference page.
