CVS Pharmacy was robbed of Oxycodone Sunday, Sept. 2 after a man handed a pharmacist a note and threatened him with a semi-automatic handgun, police said.
The robbery occurred at 10:38 p.m. at 1305 Randall Road in Crystal Lake. The suspect was described as a white male, in his 20s, about six feet tall with red facial hair and a goatee. Police said in a press release that the man spoke with an accent that was possbily European.
Oxycodone is a strong narcotic pain-reliever. Police stated that the suspect was described as wearing a ball cap, dark colored sun glasses, dark hooded-sweatshirt, baggy jeans and a black colored tee-shirt.
The suspect left CVS in a silver or gray two-door Toyota or Mazda with a rear deck spoiler. He was last seen heading south on Randall Road.
