ALCOHOL
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Aug. 18 and released to a parent with a Sept. 15 court date.

Lukasz M. Kozub, 18, 1562 Candlewood Dr., , was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Aug. 18. He was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 20 court date.
DRUGS

Marcus Aron Castillo, 33, 795 Gerten, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 30. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
THEFT
Yesela Chavez, 18, 784 Sussex Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on Aug. 26. She was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.
(Removed), was charged with retail theft on Aug. 30. He was released on $150 bond with a court date to be set.
