Police Blotter: Theft, Criminal Trespass and Forgery

THEFT 

Brett William Justen, 27, 930 Camelot Dr., , was charged with retail theft on Aug. 29. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and giving a Sept. 22 court date.

Brandi Clarissa Sievert, 20, 4814 Saggers, Crystal Lake, was charged with theft, burglary and criminal damage to property on Sept. 1. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

Adrian Fernandez, 27, 2704 Michael St., Wonder Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property on Aug. 24. He was released on a $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date. 

Brett William Justen, 27, 930 Camelot Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal trespass to property on Aug. 27. He was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date. 

Jameel Murshin Little, 34, 444 NW 18 Ave., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., was charged with forgery on Aug. 31. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Marcus Herschel Permenter, 28, 1731 NW 7th Terr., Pompano Beach, Fla., was charged with forgery on Aug. 31. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Shannon F. McGonigle, 29, 11830 NW 29th St., Sunrise, Fla., was charged with forgery on Aug. 31. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Jason J. Mulderic, 30, 15809 West Wind Circle, Sunrise, Fla., was charged with forgery on Aug. 31. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
