Police Blotter: Drugs and Alcohol Offenses

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

ALCOHOL 

Jacob Frazier White, 20, 5106 Nunda Trail, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on July 4. He was released with a notice to appear and an Aug. 2 court date.

DRUGS 

Frank L. Miceli, 29, 6241 Providence Dr., Carpentersville, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis, speeding and no valid proof of insurance on July 9. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Deandre Chism, 40, 270 Terra Cotta Ave., #4, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for obstruction of justice on July 7. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an Aug. 2 court date. 

Thomas Louis Vesely, 45, 60 Maple St., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful production of cannabis on July 8. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Eva Marie Clarlock, 18, 1365 Gardina Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless conduct and reckeless driving on July 1. She was released on $150 bond with a court date to be set. 

Kimberly D. Dunteman, 41, 4801 Rose St., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence of alcohol on July 3. She was released on $1,300 bond and given court dates on Aug. 16 and 21. 

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless conduct and reckless driving on July 1. The juvenile was released on a notice to appear with a court date to be set.
