Police Blotter: Theft and Alcohol Offenses

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

ALCOHOL 

Natalie Nicole Walker, 18, 584 Portsmith Court, Crystal Lake, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on June 5. She was released with a notice to appear and a July 5 court date. 

John Christian Warner, 39, 6116 Greenwood Road, Wonder Lake, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a blood alcohol level over .08, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle on June 13. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license. He has a July 19 court date. 

Francis William Smith, 30, 239 ½ Benton, Woodstock, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle on June 13. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license. He has a July 26 court date.

THEFT 

Anthony Joseph Marino, 25, 540 Leah Lane, #1D, Woodstock, was charged with retail theft on June 6. He was released on $150 bond and a June 28 court date. 

Eric Karl Wainwright, 19, 15 South St., Marengo, was charged with retail theft on June 10. He was released on $150 bond and a July 26 court date. 

Carol Delao, 39, 421 Buckingham Dr., #7, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on June 11. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Elizabeth A. Goorsky, 50, 4230 Riverside Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on June 12. She was released on $150 bond and a July 19 court date. 

Sabrina Lynch, 18, 650 Greenbrier Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on June 14. She was released on $150 bond and a July 26 court date. 

Danielle Katheleen Low, 18, 218 Plymouth Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on June 14. She was released on $150 bond and a July 26 court date. 

Jericha McKibben Shivley, 22, 4512 Amy Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for theft on June 15. She was released on $150 bond and a June 27 court date. 

April Lynn Marie Fox Hudec, 28, 1128 Starwood Pass, Lake in the Hills, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for theft of $500 and under on June 6. She was released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date. 

Emily Margaret Lecuyer, 19, 3809 Shenandoah Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on June 1. She was released on $150 bond and a July 26 court date. 

Joseph Daniel Anthony, 32, 220 Hickory Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with theft under $300 and criminal trespass to a residence on June 5. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a July 5 court date.
