Police Blotter: Theft and Alcohol Arrests

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the . Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL 

Michael A. Venezia, 33, of the 5200 block of Cobblers Crossing, McHenry, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to display a driver's license, failure to signal lane change and improper lane usage on Oct. 31. He was released on $300 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Dec. 21.

Peter J. Vasil, 41, of the 7900 block of Ridgefield Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle on Nov. 1. He was released on $100 bond and his driver's license. He has a Branch 1 court date Dec. 14.

Michelle P. Fisk, 32, of the 1000 block of Sutherland Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, illegal transportation of alcohol, obstructing the roadway and endangering the life/health of a child on Oct. 27. She was released on $450 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Nov. 23.

THEFT 

Erickson de la Cruz Bungay, 21, of the 40 block of W. Fountain Drive, Westmont, was charged with retail theft Oct. 28. He was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Dec. 7.

Doreen L. Domek, 54, of the 200 block of Country Club Road, McHenry, was charged with retail theft Oct. 29. She was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Dec. 7.

Kyle L. Hyde, 19, of the 50 block of Forest Lane, Cary, was charged with retail theft on Nov. 1. She was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Nov. 23.

Spencer E. Crawford, 19, of the 300 block of Copper Canyon Trail, Cary, was charge with retail theft on Nov. 1. She was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Dec. 14.
