Police Blotter: Juveniles Arrested for Battery

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

James Joseph Bugielski, 51, of 132 Rosedale Avenue in was charged Dec. 31 with driving under the influence, having a blood alcohol level over .08 and disregarding a stop sign. He was released on $100 bond and his driver's license and given a Jan. 24 court date.

Jennifer L. Silwinski, 39, of 2083 Orchard Lane in Carpentersville was charged Dec. 31 with driving under the influence, having a blood alcohol level over .08, operating an uninsured vehicle and for a head lamp violation. She was released on $100 Bond and driver's license and given a Jan. 17 court date.

Eric Jon Pedersen, 41, of 586 Somerset Lane #6 in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 1 with driving under the influence, having a blood alcohol level over .08, operating an uninsured vehicle and disregarding a traffic control device. He was transferred over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given a Feb. 28 court date.

BATTERY

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with Battery Dec. 8 and released to a parent. A court date has not been set.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Dec. 9 with battery and three counts of theft of under $300. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date has not been set.

Autumn E. Estrada-Koch, 25, of 338 Maplewood Drive in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 1 with battery. She was released on $150 bond and given a Jan. 26 court date.
