DRUGS

Eric C. Chartland, 18, 698 Sussex Lane in Crystal Lake was charged March 15 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of a suspended driver's license and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on $300 bond and given a March 24 court date.

Heather E. Kill, 18, 1098 Amberwood Drive in Crystal Lake was charged March 21 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis. She was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Two 16-year-old juveniles were both charged March 21 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis. They were each released to a parent. A court date has not been set.

Areil A. Eckardt, 18, 106 Woody Way in Cary was charged March 23 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis and having an improper turn signal. She was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Cory D. Meyerin, 33, 27930 Rowe Road in Spring Grove was charged March 24 with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe, and having an outstanding warrant out of Lake County for residential burglary. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. His cour dates had not been set.

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged March 16 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged March 16 with casual delivery of cannabis. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Edward F. Arteaga, 43, 540 Devonshire Lane in Crystal Lake was charged April 2 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a peace officer. He was released on $300 bond and given an April 24 court date.

Anthony D. Szatek, 18, 376 Oriole Trail in Cary was charged March 29 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was released with a Notice to Appear and given an April 17 court date.

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged March 29 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Geovany N. Esquivel, 18, 425 Berkshire Drive #26 in Crystal Lake was charged March 29 with unlawful possession of paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis, no valid driver's license and failure to signal. He was released on $300 bond and given a March 17 court date.

Michael S. Kasper, 21, 206 Hillcrest Drive in Algonquin was charged March 30 with DUI, unlawful possession of cannabis, and resisting and obstructing a peace officer. He was released on $250 bond and his driver's license. A court date had not been set.

Emmanuel C. Malabanan, 21, 236 New Haven Drive in Cary was charged March 30 with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured vehicle and tail light violation. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

DUI

Richard H. Mackie, 57, 558 Eletson Drive in Crystal Lake was charged March 23 with DUI, BAC over .08, speeding, two counts of improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration. He was released on $100 bond and his driver's license and given an April 24 court date.

Adam S. Ochoa, 23, 533 Lincoln Street in Algonquin was charged March 25 with DUI. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Daniel A. Carrillo, 25, 12 S. Green Street in Carpentersville was charged April 1 with DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle and disregarding a traffic control device. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given a May 8 court date.

Douglas A. Harris, 34, 569 Darlington Lane #1 in Crystal Lake was charged April 3 with DUI, BAC over .08 and driving in wrong lane. He was released on $100 and his driver's license and given a May 1 court date.
