Police Blotter: Drugs and Alcohol Offenses

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the . Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

ALCOHOL 

Ivonne Rodriguez, 22, 215 N. Oakhurst Dr., #24, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a blood alcohol level over .08, operating an uninsured vehicle, disregarding a traffic control device, improper lane usage and failure to carry a driver’s license on Aug. 14. She was released on $100 bond, her driver’s license and a Sept. 6 court date. 

Lukasz M. Kozub, 18, 1562 Candlewood Dr., , was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Aug. 18. He was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 20 court date. 

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Aug. 18 and released to a parent with a Sept. 15 court date. 

Brian S. Miller, 30, 5305 Briarfield Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and disobeying a traffic control device on Aug. 21. He was released on $100 bond, his driver’s license and a Sept. 27 court date. 

Ranulfo Bahena, 53, 4907 State St., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a blood alcohol level over .08 and improper backing on Aug. 21. He was released on $100 bond, his driver’s license and a Sept. 20 court date.

DRUGS 

Matthew A. Zastrow, 23, 678 Brentwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis on Aug. 12. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date. 

Kellan Lynn Brune, 23, 4 Rosewood Ct., Cary, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 20. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Autumn Kristine Wilson, 24, 401 First St., #1S3, Cary, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested on a warrants out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated battery, retail theft and reckless conduct on Aug. 24. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
