Police Blotter: Drug Charges, DUIs And Driving Offenses

Pulled from the Crystal Lake police reports.

 

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

ALCOHOL

David Ralph Pasquale, 54, 1315 Mulberry Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Aug. 6. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license. He has a Sept. 13 court date. 

Michael J. Mistretta, 19, 651 N. Virginia Road, #125, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Aug. 12 He was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 13 court date.

Marcus Allen Kivisto, 25, 5702 Hickory Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol on Aug. 12. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license. He has a Sept. 6 court date. 

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Joshua James Nawrocki, 20, 412 Reserve Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended and operation of a wireless device in a construction zone on Aug. 2. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date. 

Arturo Aguirre-Alvarado, 32, 252 Cary St., #4, Cary, was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding on Aug. 7. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date. 

Rick William Laurie, 53, 370 W. Amie Ave., Hinkley, was charged with a suspended CDL, unlawful possession of a suspended CDL, unsafe tires and spilling load on highway on Aug. 8. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date. 

Arturo Martinez-Rodriguez, 36, 3008 N. Allen, #2, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, unsafe tires and an unsecured license plate on Aug. 8. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 20 court date. 

Roger A. Escobar, 38, 1121 Heartland Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration, overweight on registration and unsafe vehicle on Aug. 10. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date. 

Gerardo Meza-Ramirez, 20, 1525 Wheeling, Woodstock, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration on Aug. 11. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 20 court date. 

DRUGS 

David Wayne Koepke, 64, 124-3 W. Brink St., Harvard, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid registration, permitting an unauthorized person to drive and improper use of registration on Aug. 6. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and has a Sept. 6 court date. 

Kristin Michelle Perrone, 18, 923 Harvest Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis on Aug. 8. She was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 20 court date. 

Rachel Marie Jensen, 21, 11745 Woodcreek  Dr., Huntley, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 10. She was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 6 court date. 

David James Lopez, 20, 637 Chardonnay Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug 10. He was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 6 court date. 

Anastasia Elizabeth Kostelnicek, 21, 216 Hickory Dr., Cary, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property and arrested on a warrant out of Kane County for retail theft on Aug. 13. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. Kane County court date to be set. 

Brian James Uchwat, 28, no known address, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property and arrested on a warrant out of Kane County for retail theft on Aug. 13. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. A Kane County court date to be set. 

THEFT 

A 17-year old juvenile was charged with retail theft on Aug. 5 and released on a notice to appear with a court date to be set. 

Elizabeth Ashley Chomor, 18, 621 David St., Lake in the Hills, was charged with retail theft on Aug. 9. She was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 13 court date. 

A 16-year old juvenile was charged with retail theft on Aug. 9 and released to a parent with station adjusted. 

Kristy Nicole Candir, 22, 13 Lakeshore Dr., Cary, was charged with retail theft on Aug. 10. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a Sept. 20 court date. 

BATTERY 

Samuel Sin, 20, 1642 Warrington Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for domestic battery on Aug. 5. He was released on $500 bond and an Aug. 23 court date. 

Juan Carlos Quiroz, 32, 134 W. Woodstock St., #B, Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on Aug. 8. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Lester Norman Arnold, 51, 373 Terra Cotta Ave., #1, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery on Aug. 9. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 7 court date. 

Donavin T. Burton, 22, 318 S. 8th St., Maywood, was charged with domestic battery on Aug. 11. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

OTHER 

Allycia Pearl Ferguson, 19, 403 Forest Glen, Round Lake Park, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for disorderly conduct on Aug. 1. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
