Angela L. Connelly, 39, 959 Harvest Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 31 and charged with two counts of contributing to the dependency and neglect of children.
Connelly allegedly allowed two minors to consume alcoholic beverages in her home, police said.

Connelly posted bond and was released. Connelly was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. June 21.

Israel Vasquez, 27, 512 Northwest Hwy., Fox River Grove, was arrested June 4 and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving without a drivers license – never issued, one count speeding, one count improper lane use and one count of squealing tires. Vasquez posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 10.

Dalton S. Nowman, 19, no address given, was arrested May 17 and charged with one count of possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor.
