DRIVING OFFENSES
Victor A. Bratz, 39, 2370 Wexport Dr., Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license revoked and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer on May 15. He was released to Lake in the Hills Police Department and a June 7 court date.

Christina Maria Ziemann, 27, 1504 Scarlett Way, Woodstock, was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on May 16. She was released on $150 bond and a June 16 court date.
Larry Dominic Allen, 42, 119 Winchester Road, Libertyville, was charged with driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding on May 16. He was released on $150 bond and a June 28 court date.

BATTERY
Andrew Lawrence Smith, 31, 366 Poplar St., Crystal Lake, was charged with battery on May 7. He was released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date.
John Joseph Kohlbeck, 42, 1432 Skyridge Dr., #1, Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery on May 11. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and has a June 21 court date.
A 17-year old juvenile was charged with battery on May 2. The juvenile was released to an adult with a court date to be set.
THEFT
Ralph John Cichon, 71, 4133 Hickory Terrace, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on May 18. He was released on $150 bond and a June 14 court date.
Carol Delao, 38, 421 Buckingham, #7, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on May 17. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and had a May 18 court date.
OTHER OFFENSES
Adam Walter Smith, 27, 366 Poplar St., Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct on May 7. He was released on $120 bond and a June 21 court date.
Jennifer Louise Stulz, 38, 6709 Huntley Road, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court on May 6. She was released on $100 bond and a May 16 court date.
