Police Blotter: Battery, Reckless Conduct, Theft

BATTERY

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged March 2 with battery. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Benjamin A. Suman, 33, of 93 N. Caroline Street in was charged March 13 with battery and violating an order of protection. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

Tomas Flores-Escalante, 23, of 2055 Berkshire #H in Carpentersville was charged March 14 with domestic battery. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

RECKLESS CONDUCT

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged March 11 with criminal trespass to residence and reckless conduct. The juvenile was released to a guardian. A court date had not been set.

A 12-year-old juvenile was charged March 11 with criminal trespass to residence and reckless conduct. The juvenile was released to a parent.

THEFT

Luz del Carmen Altamarino-Rayon, 40, of 4816 Drive-In Lane in Crystal Lake was charged March 11 with retail theft. Altamarino-Rayon was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Andrea M. Walters, 46, of 18004 Kunde Road of Union, IL was charged March 12 with retail theft. She was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.
