ALCOHOL
Abraham Carbajal-Arellano, 22, 224 Circle Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for DUI on May 12. He was released on $500 bond and a May 31 court date.

Susan Rokus, 43, 312 Hoy Ave., Woodstock, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and disregarding a traffic control device on May 20. She was released on $100 bond and her driver’s license. She has a July 12 court date.
Deiter Bierwirth, Jr., 43, 828 Elm St., Algonquin, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage on May 21. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license. He has a June 21 court date.

SEX OFFENSES
Benjamin Edward Flavin, 20, 1118 Viewpoint Dr., Lake in the Hills, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse on May 20. He was released on $6,000 bond and a June 15 court date.
Robert Lee Bacci, 41, no known address, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful failure to register as a sex offender on May 25. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s office with a court date to be set.
