Police Blotter: Aggravated Assault and Battery

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

BOWE, BRANDON LEE, 19, of 400 W. Virginia Street Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 13 with Aggravated Assault. He was released on $150 bond and given a Feb. 21 court date.

EMERY, TANYA JEAN, 28, of 474 Linn Avenue in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 17 with Aggravated Assault and Three Counts of Resisting a Peace Officer. She was transferred to the McHenry County Sheroff's Office. A court date has not been set.

BATTERY

HOSCHOUER, COLE E, 38, of 400 W. Virginia Street #A2 in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 15 with Domestic Battery. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheroff's Office and given a Feb. 28 court date.

PEREZ-CARBAJAL, ARACELL, 29, of 785 Prairie View Lane in Woodstock was charged Jan. 21 with Battery. Carbajal was released on $150 bond and given a March 13 court date.

ELLIS, DAVID L, 35, of 930 Camelot Drive in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 22 with Battery. He was released on $150 bond and given a Feb. 28 court date.

ELLIS, JACQUALINE L, 36, of 930 Camelot Drive in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 22 with Battery. She was released on $150 bond and given a Feb. 28 court date.

KIMBLE, SUSAN KAY, 54, of 582 Darlington Lane #3 in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 22 with Domestic Battery.She was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date has not been set.
