Police Blotter: Violating Order of Protection

WARRANTS

Guillermo Avilez Gomez, 25, of 389 Hickory Drive in was arrested Jan. 2 for a warrant for unlawful possession of a fraudulent ID card. He was released on $1,000 bond and given a Jan. 17 court date.

Christina Elizabeth Tenuto, 20, of 545 Blackthorn Drive in Crystal Lake was arrested for a warrant for failing to appear and disorderly conduct. She was released on $200 bond and given a Jan. 17 court date.

THEFT

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Dec. 15 with with theft under $300. The juvenile was released to an adult. A court date has not been set.

ORDER OF PROTECTION

Michael Anthony Maniacek, 20, of 1044 Wilson Drive in Des Plaines, IL was charged Dec. 15 with violation of order of protection and three counts of criminal damage to property. He was transferred over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date has not been set.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Eulogio Obil-Ixtepan, 24, of 5010 State Street in Crystal Lake was charged Dec. 31 with criminal trespass to a vehicle. He was released on $150 bond and given a Jan. 17 court date.

Steven Hossein Kristiansen, 19, of 451 Buckingham Lane #4 in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 2 with burglary, unlawful possession of burglary tools, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to real property. He was transferred over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date has not been set.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

Angela M. Aguirre, 31, of 7920 Ridgefield Road in Crystal Lake was charged Jan. 3 with driving while license suspended, having a suspended registration and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. She was released on $150 bond and given a Feb. 14 court date.
