No Cell Phone Use While in Construction Zones

Road construction season is upon us and the Cary Police Department is urging drivers to pay attention, as they will be enforcing the law.

Cary Police want to remind motorists that roadway construction season is here and that means drivers need to pay attention when they drive through construction areas. Illinois law prohibits the use of cell phones at any time while traveling through a construction zone.

Officers will be enforcing this law for the safety of the workers in construction zones.
