LITH Man Charged with Selling Prescription Narcotics; Arrested in Crystal Lake

Jacob Boudrie, 30, and Simone Nadeau, 26, both of Lake in the Hills, were arrested Tuesday following a two-month undercover police investigation.

Police arrested a Lake in the Hills man and woman this past week on drug charges following a a two-month narcotics investigation.

Police had received word that Jacob Boudrie, 30, of 1305 Jefferson St., was selling prescription narcotics, according to a new release issued by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office on Thursday.

Working undercover, officers purchased prescription pills on Tuesday, Dec. 10, and then conducted a traffic stop on Boudrie near Ackman and Huntley roads in Crystal Lake, the release states.

Police took Boudrie and his passenger, Simone Nadeau, 26, of the same Lake in the Hills address, into custody.

Detectives recovered two grams of cannabis and 35 Oxycodone, 30 Hydrocodone, and 40 Methadone pills, the release states. The drugs have a total estimated street value of $750. 

According to police, Boudrie was arrested and charged with:

  • 5 counts of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school
  • 5 counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
  • 5 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance
  • Improper lane usage
  • Driving while license suspended. 

Nadeau was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis. 

Both Boudrie and Nadeau were awaiting a bond hearing and court date at the time the news release was issued.
