Fabian J. Torres, 24, of Sleepy Hollow has been charged with aggravated arson after allegedly throwing an incendiary device made out of a bottle filled with flammable liquid, injuring one man.
A Crystal Lake resident who was shopping there at the time, chased Torres out of the store and detained him with the assistance of an off-duty Carpentersville officer until Algonquin police arrived.
