Elderly Man Found Dead in Woodstock
John J. McManus, 70, of 128 S. Hayward St., was found lying unresponsive on the ground Monday morning in Woodstock, the Northwest Herald reports.
A 70-year-old man was found dead at about 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, near Calhoun and Hayward streets in Woodstock, the Northwest Herald reports.
Woodstock Police Department was called to the area near the Woodstock Square to a report of an older man lying unresponsive on the ground, the Herald states. John J. McManus, of 128 S. Hayward St., was pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected, and an autopsy is planned for Tuesday, the Herald reports.
