CL Woman Arrested for DUI, Battery, Child Endangerment; Teen Charged with Marijuana Possession

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Domestic Battery/ DUI/ Child Endangerment

Natalie N. Richter, 44, of the 6000 block of Sands Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 1, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm, domestic battery/ physical contact, endangering the life/ health of a child and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. 

During the same incident, Steven A. Richter, 54, of the 6000 block of Sands Rd., Crystal Lake, was charged Dec. 1, with resisting a peace officer. 

Drug-Related Charges

Dillon J. Roewer, 19, of 84 Lakewood Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 29, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia. After he was stopped by police, he was also arrested and charged with the following offenses:

• Manufacture/ delivery of 10 to 30 grams marijuana
• Possession of 30 to 500 grams marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Resisting a peace officer
• Unlawful possession of fireworks, less than one pound
• Illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor
• Unlawful use of a blackjack/ knife.
  

Domestic Battery

Clarence D. Young, 32, of the 400 block of Buckingham, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 1, and charged with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery/ bodily harm and domestic battery/ physical contact. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail for bond call. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. 

Douglas W. Rosson, 40, of the 1000 block of S. Totem Trail, McHenry, was arrested Dec. 2, and charged with domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. 

Samuel L. Louisville, 59, of the 100 block of S. Virginia St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm, domestic battery/ physical contact and aggravated assault/ use of deadly weapon or rifle. He was transported to the McHenry County Judicial Center in Woodstock. He was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 7. 

Battery

Lee A. Stone, 36, of the 700 block of N. Lincoln Ave., Aurora, was arrested Dec. 3, and charged with battery/ making physical contact and assault. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 28. 

Sex Offender Registration Violation

William J. Zavorski, 23, of the 20 block of Barberry Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 4, and charged with violating sex offender registration. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. 

Kevin M. Kniesel, 27, of the 1500 block of Stockton Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 1, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to register as a sex offender and driving while license revoked. He was also charged by police with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of sex offender registration. 

Wanted on Warrant

Rodney L. Bracken, 36, of the 500 block of Eagle St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 10, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for residential burglary. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. 

Nathan J. Winoker, 18, of the 300 block of Greenview Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 12, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court. 

Danielle K. Low, 20, of the 200 block of Plymouth Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 4, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Justin M. A. Peters, 20, of the 400 block of Mary Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 14, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court to face battery charges. 

Julie A. Zavorski, 49, of the 3100 block of W. Lincoln Ave., McHenry, was arrested Dec. 9, on a warrant from the Lake County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court for a suspended drivers license. SHe was charged by police with driving while license revoked. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14. 

Kevin J. Masterson, 49, of the 100 block of Lincoln Parkway, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dc. 18, on warrant from Cook County for trespass to land. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. 

Louis E. Marin-Gomez, 25, of the 900 block of Logan Ave., McHenry, was arrested Dec. 21, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court to face charges of not having a valid drivers license. 

Hit and Run

Cara N. Caponigro, 18, of the 10 block of Milton Ct., Cary, was arrested Dec. 11, and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14.
