Crystal Lake Police Arrest Several for Underage Drinking, Domestic Battery

Crystal Lake Police release reports through June 14, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Underage Drinking

Tyler J. Adams, 19, 744 Laguna Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 26, and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. He was released on a notice to appear in court July 2.

Robert O. Albuquerque, 18, 1167 Starwood Pass, Lake in the Hills, was arrested May 29, and charged with possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor, obtaining a fictitious identification card for a person, and obstructing identification. He posted $150 bond and was released on a notice to appear in court June 25.

Daniel M. Dantes, 20, 7209 Cowlin St., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 29, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. He posted $150 cash for bond and was released on a notice to appear in court June 25.

William P. Keyes, 18, 2008 Western Ave., McHenry, was arrested June 1, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on a notice to appear in court June 18.

Domestic Battery

Russell E. Soto, 37, 352 Lake St., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 26, and charged with domestic battery/ physical contact/ violating order of protection. He was awaiting bond and a court date.

Krzysztof Galecki, 31, 593 Darlington Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 28, and charged with battery/ causing bodily harm. He posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court June 18.

Richard Laporta, 32, 967 Golf Course 3, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 29 and charged with domestic battery.

Thomas J. Madigan, 32, 757 Sussex Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 7, and charged with aggravated battery, and resisting/ obstructing an officer. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. He is scheduled to appear in court July 9.
