Crystal Lake Police: Arrests for Public Indecency, Car Burglary, Retail Theft

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Burglary to Car

Eric R. Lord, 26, 695 Savannah Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested April 30 and charged with burglary from a motor vehicle. Police said Lord stole a stereo from a car parked in the 600 block of Savannah Lane. Lord was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office where his bond was set at $40,000, 10 percent applies. He was awaiting a court date.


Retail Theft

Christina M. Stankus, 32, 730 Washington St. Apt. B-1, Woodstock, was arrested April 29, and charged with retail theft and possession of hypodermic needles/ syringe. Police said Stanku stole several Blu-Ray discs from Target, 5580 Route 14, Crystal Lake. Stankus was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where she was awaiting bond and a court date.


Public Indecency

Michael A. Reimann, 19, 4221 Wildwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 1, and charged with public indecency/ sexual conduct. Police said Reimann exposed himself to a woman while he was sitting in a car in a store parking lot. Reimann's bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court July 2.

Domestic Battery

Tanya Rodriguez, 32, 1150 Lakeview Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 1 and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm and resisting/ obstructing a peace officer. Police said Rodriguez battered her boyfriend at their home, 1150 Lakeview Dr. She was transferred to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where she was awaiting her bond and a court date.

Gary G. Green, 60, 110 Virginia St. 209, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 3, and charged with domestic battery/ physical contact, interfere with a report of domestic violence, possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and domestic battery/ bodily harm.

Police said Green strangled his girlfriend at their home, located at 110 S. Virginia St. The girlfriend suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment. Green was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Criminal Damage to Firefighting Equipment

Tory R. Pease, 31, 2020 Nish Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 4, and charged with criminal damage to fire fighting equipment and disorderly conduct. Police said Pease unlawfully discharged a fire extinguisher inside Finn McCool's, 72 N. Williams St. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court June 4.
