Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI, Warrants, Battery and Marijuana Possession

Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through July 5, 2013.





Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

DUI- Drugs


Jeffrey J. Sachs, 20, of the 6200 block of Sands Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested on June 25, and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $250 and his drivers license for bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court July 16. 

DUI- Alcohol


William T. Philpot, 52, of the 100 block of South Oriole Trail., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted $100 cash and a drivers license for bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. 

Wanted on Warrant


Bradley J. Daugherty, 18, of the 400 block of Brandy Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 25, on a warrant out of McHenry County for possession of cannabis (delivery). He posted 10 percent of a $10,000 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court July 9. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia


Justin C. Anderson, 20, of the 100 block of Sherbon Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 27, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 16. 

Battery


Michelle R. Machut, 41, of the 9900 block of Cummings St., Huntley, was arrested July 3, and charged with battery/ making physical contact. She posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug 20. 

Marijuana Possession


Kenneth E. Gauch, 50, of the 10100 block of Ashley St., Huntley, was arrested July 5, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 13.
