Possession of Pot, or DrugsKenneth M. Berens, 27, was arrested May 12, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.
Nickolas J. Miller, 23, 971 Yorkshire Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 13 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 4.
DUI with Child in CarAlexander J. Borowitz, 20, 1230 Amberwood, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 12, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a child passenger, and DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08. Borowitz posted $100 and his drivers license for bail. He is scheduled to appear in court June 18.
Property DamageJoe R. Schultz, 22, 180 W. Vista Dr., Algonquin, was arrested May 12, and charged with criminal damage to property - damage under $300. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court June 25 in McHenry County.
Disorderly ConductMatthew W. Kasper, 20, 206 Hillcrest Dr., Algonquin, was arrested May 12 and charged with disorderly conduct. He posted $120 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 25 in McHenry County.
