Police Blotter: Contempt, Battery, Theft

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Jeffrey A. Gadomski, 24, 1332 Skyridge Drive #A in Crystal Lake was charged April 23 with Criminal Damage to Property. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.

BATTERY

Patrick C. Beasley, 19, 180 Glen Avenue #1A in Crystal Lake was charged April 20 with aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer and unlawful consumption of alcohol by minor. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

DRUGS

Two 14-year-old juveniles were charged April 20 with unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were released to a parents. A court date had not been set.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Carolyn M. Tonnesen, 41, 130 Brighton Oaks Circle in Cary was transferred April 20 to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for contempt of court. She was released on $100 bond.

DUI

Lawrence C. Mitchell, 41, 116 Cayuga Court in Bloomingdale, IL was charged April 21 with DUI, BAC over .08, illegal transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage accident, improper lane usage, disregarding a traffic control device and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. He was released on $100 and his driver's license and given a May 15 court date.

RETAIL THEFT

James A. Fallegiardo, Jr., 22, 1716 Squirrel Trail in Cary was charged April 21 with retail theft. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.

Ashley E. Caraway, 21, 1716 Squirrel Trail in Cary was charged April 21 with retail theft. She was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.

ORDER OF PROTECTION

 

Jesse A. Gillispie, 29, 68 Begley Street #19 in Beattyville, KY was charged April 21 with violation of an order of protection. Gillispie was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.
