THEFT
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged March 30 with retail theft. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Elizabeth Camacho, 26, 1837 S. Mark Lane in Round Lake was charged April 13 with retail theft. She was released on $150 bond and given a May 1 court date.

BATTERY
Beata, E. Dyminski, 42, 320 Bristol Drive in Crystal Lake was charged April 4 with domestic battery. Dymnaski was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
William E. Lamb, 52, 112 N. 5th Street in Delavan, WI was charged April 3 with driving while license suspended, overweight on registration, improper lane usage and failure to signal. He was released $150 bond and given a May 22 court date.
Cruz Lopez-Arreola, 39, 4901 State Street in Crystal Lake was charged April 3 with not having a valid driver's license, operating uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle without tail lights. Lopez was released on $150 bond and given an April 24 court date.
Alondra Vales-Rodriguez, 28, 1909 Tappan Street in Woodstock was charged April 5 with not having a valid driver's license and failure to yield while turning left. She was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.
Joshua J. Andrea, 24, 2830 Briarcliff Lane in Lake in the Hills was charged April 5 with driving while license suspended and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Hewas released on $250 bond and given a May 15 court date.
Fredy Laiz-Cruz, 25, 616 N. Lillian Street #D in McHenry was charged April 6 with not having a valid driver's license. Cruz was released on $150 bond and given an April 24 court date.
Allen J. Ghimenti, 39, 1111 W. Northeast Shore Drive in McHenry was charged April 6 with driving while license suspended, electronic communication device violation and improper lane usage. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 1 court date.
Jason W. Buchanan, 31, 1300 Algonquin Road in Lake in the Hills was charged with driving while license suspended and having a loud muffler. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 1 court date.
Larry R. Anderson, 33, 1667 Blackwell Lane in Aurora was charged April 7 with driving while license suspended and speeding. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.
Lenora Stinson, 53, 09 Oak Crest #12 in Carpentersville was charged April 8 with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given a May 15 court date.
BURGLARY
A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested April 3 for an outstanding warrant for burglary. He was transferred to the Kane County Juvenile Detention Center. A court date had not been set.
DUI
Thomas J. Saban, 35, 166 Dole Avenue in Crystal Lake was charged April 6 with DUI, improper lane usage and operating uninsured vehicle. He was released on $300 bond and given a May 22 court date.
Ezequiel Herrera, 33, 415 Stratford Court in McHenry was charged April 8 with DUI, not having a valid driver's license, illegal transportation of alcohol, and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear/traffic offense. Herrera was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.
Kellie C. Cook, 41, 1368 Skyridge Drive #B in Crystal Lake was charged April 9 with DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane usage and failure to signal. She was released on $300 bond and given a May 1 court date.
UNINSURED VEHICLE
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged April 7 with speeding, disregarding a traffic control device and operating an uninsured vehicle. The juvenile was released with a notice to appear and given an April 24 court date.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
Jordan G. Schulyz, 20, 1905 Oakleaf Drive in Johnsburg was charged April 8 with aggravated assault, domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence. Schulz was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.
DRUGS
Brenda Beasley, 55, 14 Oxford in Carpentersville was charged April 8 with retail theft and unlawful possession of cannabis. She was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given a May 15 court date.
