THEFT

Richard A. Denten, 50, 27583 W. Henry Road in Barrington was arrested March 18 and transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant for theft. A court date had not been set.

Anthony J. Herrera, 33, 202 Northwest Highway #D in Fox River Grove was charged March 18 with robbery and theft. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

Luis M. Jasso, 26, 806 Plum Street in McHenry was charged March 18 with robbery and theft. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

Kyle S. Mahn, 18, 9 Camden Court in Lake in the Hills was charged with retail theft. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 8 court date.

OBSTRUCTION

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged March 11 with obstructing identification. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Brian P. Case, 42, 817 Wedgewood Drive, Crystal Lake was charged March 30 with two counts of obstructing justice, failure to notify police of property damage accident and improper lane usage. He was released on $1,000 bond. A May 5 court date was assigned.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

Donald F. Kelleher, 32, 1550 Skyridge Drive #2 in Crystal Lake was charged March 16 with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper use of registration and failure to secure a new registration. He was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Justin J. Blanco-Klein, 22, 36 Spring Ridge Drive in Crystal Lake was charged March 18 with driving while license suspended, unlawful transportation of alcohol and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Fernando Lorenzana, 32, 132 W. Woodstock Street #B in Crystal Lake was charged March 20 with not having a valid driver's license. He was released on $150 bond.

Lucia Jimenez, 42, 796 Dartmoor Drive in Crystal Lake was charged March 30 with not having a valid driver's license and speeding. Jimenez was released on $150 bond and give March 17 court date.

Jose E. Sosa-Gonzalez, 25, 715 Heritage Drive #216 in Hoffman Estates was charged March 30 with no valid driver's license and improper merging. He was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Anthony Diaz, 18, 938 Cambridge Lane in Crystal Lake was charged March 30 with no valid driver's license, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given a May 1 court date.

Jonathan Andrade, 19, 194 Berkshire Drive in Crystal Lake was charged April 2 with not having a valid driver's license and speeding. He was released on $150 bond and given a May 15 court date.

FLEEING POLICE

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged March 19 with fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, improper lane usage and improper passing. The juvenile was released to an adult.

TRESPASSING

Jeffrey S. Huber, 46, 236 Lake Street in Crystal Lake was arrested March 19 and transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant for trespassing. He was released on $150 Bond.

CHILD ENDANGERMENT

Jeremy D. Bublavy, 25, 798 Prairie View Lane in Woodstock was charged March 20 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis and endangering the life or health of a child. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given an April 17 court date.

Andrea S. Douglas, 28, 798 Prairie View Lane in Woodstock was charged March 20 with driving under the influence, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the life or health of a child, child restraint violation and failure to notify Secretary of State of address change. She was released on $250 bond and her driver's license and given an April 17 court date.

ASSAULT

Mark O. Francis, 48, 749 Stone Bridge Lane in Crystal Lake was charged March 21 with aggravated assault. He was released on $150 bond and given an April 17 court date.

Walter A. Donrad, 57, 7685 E. Tulip, New Carlisle, IL was charged March 25 with assault. He was released on $120 bond and given a May 1 court date.

BATTERY

Hugo Montero-Pedraza, 33, 667 Elsinoor Lane in Crystal Lake was charged March 22 with domestic battery. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

Adrian Mejia, 23, 1024 Northfield Drive in Harvard was charged March 25 with battery. Mejia was released on $150 bond and given a March 24 court date.

A 12-year-old juvenile was charged March 26 with domestic battery. The juvenile was released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

Daniel E. Anderson, 26, 761 Village Road in Crystal Lake was charged March 31 with domestic battery. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A court date had not been set.

Fabian E. Felce, 23, 1303 Green Meadow Lane in Harvard was charged April 1 with domestic battery. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office and given an April 24 court date.

OUTSTANDING WARRANT

 Myrna Enriquez, 42, 990 Aster Court in Lake in the Hills was arrested March 23 for an outstanding warrant in River Forest for failure to appear and a traffic offense. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Cleophas C. McCaskel, 38, 9803 Falcon Drive in Richmond was charged March 30 with resisting and obstructing a peace officer and having an outstanding warrant out of DeKalb County for contempt of court. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheroff's Office. His court dates had not been set.

 

FORGERY

 Two 15-year-old juveniles were charged March 25 with forgery. They were each released to a parent. A court date had not been set.

 

 

 

 

DAMAGE TO CEMETERY

 

 

 Two 13-year-old juveniles were charged March 29 with two counts of violation of Cemetery Protection Act. They were released to a parent. A court date had not been set.        

ORDER OF PROTECTION
