Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Possession of Drugs, DUIs

Underage Drinking

Jordan P. Carmody, 18, 4201 Jaqueline Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with one count of illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Carmody is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 2.

Jerome E. Becker, 18, 30 Elmhurst St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with one count of illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Becker is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 2.

Possession of Marijuana

Nathan J. Johnson, 18, 1445 Bridgedale Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 28, and charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana. Johnson posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 25.

Leaving Scene of Accident

Jonathan Andrade, 19, 729 Darlington Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 21, and charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and one count of never having been issued a drivers licese. Andrade posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond, and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 4.

Oustanding Warrant

Matthew H. Bargholz, 29, 637 Green Oaks Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 21, on an outstanding McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for theft and obstructing justice. Bargholz posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 4.

DUI

Manuel Rodas, 20, 243 Uteg St., Apt. 1, Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 22, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of never having been issued a drivers license, one count of illegal transportation of liquor, one count of improper lane change and two counts of improper traffic lane use. Rodas posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

Matthew T. Marx, 24, no address given, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and count of driving under the influence of alcohol with blood-alcohol level over .08. Marx posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16. 

Driving Without Drivers License

Isabel Garcia-Rivas, 34, 380 Hickory Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 23, and charged with one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, one count of avoiding a traffic control device, and one count of not having a drivers license. Rivas posted $150 and was released. Rivas is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.
