Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drugs

Disorderly Conduct/ Assault

Kevin A. Lishamer, 21, 7210 Sunset Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 1, and charged with one count of disorderly conduct and one count of assault. Lishamer was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. Bond was set at $120. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Underage Drinking

Jacob R. Dunteman, 19, 722 Concord Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Dunteman is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Ryan H. Pendergrast, 19, 1338 Floresta Vista, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Pendergrast is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Kerry D. Murphy, 19, 145 Lakewood Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Murphy is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Jacob C. Dailey, 19, 1278 Walnut Glenn Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Daily is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Driving Without License & Valid Registration

Miguel Camacho-Arguello, 31, 1213 Kings Ct., West Chicago, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of driving without having a license or permit, and one count of not having valid registration. Arguello posted 10 percent of $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 24.

Miguel Garcia-Moreno, 39, 116 Green Ln., Carpentersville, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of driving without having a license or permit and one count of not having valid registration. Moreno posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 24. 

Possession of Drugs/ Drug Paraphernalia

Robert M. Massman, 19, 575 Blackthorne Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 1, and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. Massman was released and is awaiting a court date.

Outstanding Warrant

Daniel B. Scherf, 33, 943 Golf Course Rd. 3, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 3, on an outstanding McHenry County Sheriff warrant for one count of aggravated assault against a police or sheriff employee and one count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on person. Bond was set at $500. Scherf is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 17.
