Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Arrest Warrants

Crystal Lake Police release reports for Nov. 19- Dec. 6, 2012.

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Underage Drinking 

Henry J. Cortes, 18, 30 John St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 19, and charged with one count of consumption of liquor by a minor. Cortes is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20.

Andrew W. Bernard, 19, 4815 Daniel St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 19, and charged with one count of consumption of liquor by a minor. Bernard is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20. 

Jack H. Harnett, 19, 470 Country Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 19, and charged with one count of consumption of liquor by a minor. Harnett is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20.

Outstanding Warrant

Taylor R. Hawkins, 22, 1794 Sommerfield Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 19, on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear in court/ domestic battery. Hawkins posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond and was released. Hawkins was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13. 

Thomas J. Jesse, 46, 1201 Park Ln., Grove, was arrested Nov. 28, on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear in court for domestic battery charges. Jesse posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26.

Gerardo Valadez, 27, 893 Harvest Circle, was arrested on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for possession of a cannabis. Valadez posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 7.
