Forgery
A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with forgery on Feb. 11 and released to a parent with a court date to be set

Underage Drinking
On Feb. 13, a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and released to a parent with a court date to be set.

DUI
On Feb. 18, Alexandria N. Fields, 18, 8860 Belfield Rd., Lakewood, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, breath alcohol content over .08, improper lane usage, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis. She was released on a $250 bond with a court date to be set.
Disorderly Conduct
Marc L. Phillips, 31, 143 Pearl St., Cary, was charged with disorderly conduct on March 1 and released with a notice to appear in court.
Aggravated Assault
Deandre, Chism, 39, 241 W. Terra Cotta Ave. #4, Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property and aggravated assault. She was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
