Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Domestic Battery

Crystal Lake Police release police reports for Oct. 23 to Nov. 2, 2012.

Domestic Battery

Ronald L. Tubbs, 51, 153 Edgewood Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 24, and charged with one count domestic battery/ bodily harm, one count battery/physical contact, and one count domestic battery/physical contact.

Police said Tubbs had a dispute with two family members in the 900 block of Golf Course Road. An adult neighbor intervened to help the victims, and was pushed by Tubbs, police said. A juvenile suffered a minor injury, police said.

Joseph A. Piludu, 1240 Walnut Glen Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 23, and charged with one count domestic battery/ bodily harm. Piludu allegedly struck a family member during an argument, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries, police said. Piludu was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Andrew T. Freund, 53, 94 Dole Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 25, and charged with one count of domestic battery/ physical contact. Freund was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Krystl M. Beuder, 37, 956 Nottingham Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 29, and charged with one count battery/ causing bodily harm. Beuder posted $150 cash bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.

 

Retail Theft

John T. Gorham, 18, 356 1st Ct. B, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 23, and charged with one count retail theft under $300. Gorham stole a bottle of rum valued at $18 from Target, police said. Bond was set at 10 percent of $1,500. Gorham is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 4.

Priteshkumar Ratilal, 35, 21725 Morning Dove Ct., Kildeer, was arrested Oct. 26, and charged with one count retail theft. Ratilal stole items valued at about $200 from police said. Ratilal posted $150 bond and was released. Ratilal is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20.

Daryl L. McGehee, 22, 10428 Centennial Ave., Huntley, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with one count of retail theft. McGehee is accused of stealing a drill bit valued at $53 from Menards, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

 

Outstanding Warrant

Christopher C. MacDonald, 21, last known address of 365 Mary Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 22, on an outstanding warrant from the Cary Police Department for home invasion. MacDonald was transported to the Cary Police Department. His bond was set at $75,000.

Matthew D. Looper, 22, 1227 W. Kingbird Dr., Chandler, Ariz., was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bond was set at 10 percent of $1,500. Looper was released after posting $150 cash. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.
