Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Juvenile Arrests, Trespassing, Battery

Crystal Lake Police release reports for Nov. 13-Dec. 17, 2012.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Outstanding Warrant

Alexander L. Prochaska, 20, 1833 Moorland Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 14, on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for criminal damage to government property. Prochaska posted 10 percent of a $20,000 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 4.

Rafael Avalos, 18, 751 Dartmoor Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 12, on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Avalos was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where his bond was set at 10 percent of $1,500, and he was awaiting a court date.

Theft

Rogelio A. Munoz, 31, 627 Buchanan St., Belvidere, was arrested Nov. 13, and charged with theft over $500. Munoz posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.

Trespassing

Armando Gonzales, 31, address unknown, was arrested Nov. 17, and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. Gonzales posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Battery

Brett J. Meseure, 48, 15 E. Main St. A, Cary, was arrested Nov. 18, and charged with one count of aggravated battery/ to a first aid personnel, and one count aggravated battery. Meseure was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia

Yair I. Palomino-Morin, 19, 4 Gates St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 17, and charged with one count possession of drug paraphernalia, one count possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and one count possession of a fraudulent identification card. Morin was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Juvenile Arrests

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Oct. 17, and charged with battery/making physical contact.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 11, and charged with resisting a peace officer.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 11, and charged with resisting a peace officer.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 11, and charged with resisting a peace officer.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 15, and charged with retail theft of merchandise valued under $300. The juvenile posted 10 percent of a $1,500 and was released. The juvenile was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 8, and charged with criminal trespassing to state land, and resisting/ obstructing an officer.
