DRIVING OFFENSES
Lizbeth A. Salazar, 20, 85 E. Terra Cotta Ave., #2R, , was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for retail theft on Aug. 20. She was released on a $500 bond and court dates of Sept. 8 and Sept. 13.

Edgar Hernandez, 32, 4719 Strong Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle on Aug. 21. He was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.
Gustavo Martinez-Ramirez, 34, 194 Wallace Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, no safety test inspection and no company name on commercial vehicle on Aug. 23. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date.

THEFT
Mia Rose Eisele, 19, 110 Woody Way, Cary, was charged with retail theft on Aug. 13. She was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 20 court date.
Peggy S. Froberg, 42, 159 Austin Ave., Carpentersville, was charged with retail theft on Aug. 21. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
OTHER
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with assault on Aug. 22 and released to a parent with a court date to be set.
Mario Darell Williams, 29, 156 W. Woodstock St., #B, Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery on Aug. 16. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a Sept. 27 court date.
Elliott Hayward, 32, 580 Darlington Lane, #16, Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property on Aug. 22. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an Oct. 4 court date.
