Crystal Lake Police Blotter: DUIs, Violating Orders of Protection

DUI

Jason A. Neace, 39, 649 Brentwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 29, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and three counts of improper lane use. Neace posted $100 and his drivers license and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 28.

Joseph B. Wieclawek, 47, 713 Regent Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 16, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol. Wieclawek posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 4.

Driving Citations

Fustino Ortiz, 53, 349 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 14, and charged with one count of driving on a revoked drivers license. Ortiz posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 11.

Chiquita F. Taylor, 26, 192 Elmhurst St. 111, Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 14, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended drivers license, one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, one count of following too close, and one count of drivers view obstructed. Taylor also was wanted on an outstanding Cook County Sheriff's Police warrant for failure to appear in court on a driving while license suspended charge. Taylor was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 14. Bond was set for the outstanding warrant at $5,000, and $1,500 for the local charges. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

Esmeralda L. Phachansiri, 34, 11604 Main St., Huntley, was arrested Aug. 16, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended license, one count of speeding in a school zone, and one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was set at $1,500. Phachansiri is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 11.

Zachery J. Schnulle, 19, 207 Montana Dr., Cary, was arrested Aug. 17, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended drivers license and one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Schnulle posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. 

Violating Orders of Protection

Gerald Chubirka, 53, 57 Pomeroy Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 17, and charged with one count of violating order of protection. Chubirka was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.
