Crystal Lake Police Blotter: DUIs, Possession of Marijuana

Crystal Lake Police release reports for Nov. 1 to 12, 2012.

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Rachel A. Henry, 23, 1024 Plum Tree Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 1, and charged with one count of aggravated driving under the influence-drivers license revoked and one count of driving on a revoked drivers license. Henry was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Brad R. Johnson, 26, 280 Park Blvd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 10, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood alcohol content level over .08, and various driving citations. Johnson posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 4.

Possession of Marijuana

Dominick G. Vassos, 22, 7216 Millburn Ct., Bull Valley, was arrested Nov. 10, and charged with one count possession of between 10 to 30 grams of marijuana, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count expired registration. Vassos posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Christian S. Golden, 38, 2025 Horeb Ave., Zion, was arrested Nov. 11, on a McHenry County warrant for failure to pay child support. Golden was also charged with one count possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. Golden posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court for the new charges on Dec. 18.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 12, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and one count possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
