Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, DUIs

Crystal Lake Police release reports for July 16 to July 25, 2012.

Disorderly Conduct

Jonathan A. Pease, 30, homeless, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 16 and charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Pease was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office jail in Woodstock. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 14.

Randall J. Marozik, 25, homeless, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 24 and charged with one count of aggravated battery against a peace officer, one count of resisting/obstructing a peace officer, one count possession of drug paraphernalia and one count disorderly conduct. Marozik was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Robert A. Papini, 60, 736 Greenbrier Trail, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 25 and charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Papini posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 28.

 

Outstanding Warrants

James R. Gabbert, 29, 1125 Windslow Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 16 on outstanding warrants from McHenry, DuPage and DeKalb counties. Bonds were set at $5,000, $5,000 and $20,000 for various charges. Gabbert posted 10 percent, or $3,000, and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 30; at 9 a.m. Aug. 8; and at 1:30 p.m. July 27.

Arnie A. Blass, 18, 40 Francis, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 19 on an in-state warrant. He was released to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

 

Driving Citations

Yamilet Gonzalez, 19, 7511 Hemlock St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 21, and charged with one count of driving without ever being issued a drivers license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Gonzalez posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21.

 

Domestic Battery

Michael J. Lundy, 51, 210 Uteg St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 21 and charged with one count of domestic battery/bodily harm and one count of resisting/obstructing a peace officer or correctional employee. Lundy was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Brian D. Bogacz, 27, 946 Aberdeen Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 22 and charged with one count of domestic battery/physical contact, one count of assault, and one count of criminal damage to property less than $300. Bogacz was transferred to McHenry County Jail where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Ashley A. Ebelhack, 26, 829 Game Trail 202, Lakemoor, was arrested July 23 and charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of failure to report a vehicle accident, one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and one count of failure to reduce speed. Ebelhack posted bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 4.

 

DUI, Aggravated DUI

Alvaro Armas, 27, 233 Uteg St. 6, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 21, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving on a suspended drivers license, one count improper lane use, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level above .08, one count of failure to notify SOS of an address change, one count of aggravated driving under the influence- license suspended or revoked- and one count of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol-3. Armas was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. Armas is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 21.

Luis Gomez-Abilez, 31, 60 Della St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 20 and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of never having been issued a drivers license, and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level over .08. Abilez is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 14.
