Crystal Lake Police Blotter: DUIs, Possession of Drugs, Trespassing

DUIs

Michael S. Kelly, 24, 4119 Billingsgate Dr., Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 19, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver. Kelly was transported to the McHenry County Jail. Bond was set at 10 percent of $3,000. Kelly is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 13.

Yvonne M. Giuntoil, 50, 630 Applewood Ln., Algonquin, was arrested Sept. 22, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level over .08. Giuntoil posted a drivers license adn $100 for bail and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

Mauricio Quiroz, 48, 410 Wright Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested Sept. 24, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with blood-alcohol level over .08, one count leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of reckless driving, one count of operating a uninsured motor vehicle, and one count of failure to reduce to speed. Bond was set at 10 percent of $3,000. Quiroz is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 20. 

Possession of Drugs

Tony Perez, 19, 223 Uteg S. #8, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 24, and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at 10 percent of $1,500. Perez was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 17.

Trespassing

Ricardo F. Padilla-Ballesteros, 34, 756 E. Garnet St., Massa, Ariz., was arrested Sept. 22, and charged with one count of criminal trespass to residence and one count of reckless conduct. Ballesteros posted $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.
