Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Drug Possession, Underage Drinking

Crystal Lake Police Department releases reports for June 18 - 22, 2012.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia or Cannabis

Kayla E. Mitchell, 19, 42 Heather Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 20 and charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Mitchell posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 7.

Brandon W. Burnett, 25, 140 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 22 and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. Burnett posted $120 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. on July 17. 

Michael C. Langenstrass, 24, 52 Woodbine Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 20 and charged with one count possession of drug paraphernalia and one count driving on a suspended drivers license. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

Daniel W. Freese Jr., 21, 30 Green Oaks Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on June 20 and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. Freese posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 7.

Possession/ Consumption of Alcohol by Minor

John J. Goorsky, 19, 8 Walnut Grove, Lake in the Hills, was arrested June 21 and charged with one count possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Goorsky posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21.
