Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Intoxicating Compounds, Warrants

- Driving Wrong Way on Highway -

David A. Rodriguez, 27, 1942 Sheila St Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended license, driving the wrong way on a divided highway and one count of operating an uninsured vehicle. Rodriguez was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 25. He posted bond and was released.

- Battery -

James R. Ford, 31, 230 N. Fourth St., Delavan, Wis., was arrested Sept. 7, and charged with one count of domestic battery/ bodily harm. Ford was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

- Possession of Marijuana -

Ryan A. Arliskas, 18, 771 Oak Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 9, and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Arliskas posted 10 percent of $1,500 bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 9.

Colton G. Steiner, 18, 9220 North Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 9, and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana, one count of casual delivery of less than 2.5 grams marijuana and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. Steiner posted 10 percent of  $1,500 bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9.

- Outstanding Warrant -

Sergio A. Fulgencio, 27, 13 Raxburg Ct., Lake in the Hills was arrested Sept. 10, on an in-state warrant for aggravated battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where bond was set at 10 percent of $80,000. He was awaiting a court date.

Jake A. Baraglia, 20, 185 Berkshire Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 19, on an outstanding McHenry County warrant. Baraglia was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Department. Bond was set at 10 percent of $20,000. He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Oct. 10.

Michael K. Roof, 39, 370 Richmond Ln., Lakewood, was arrested on an in-state warrant for failing to appear for criminal damage to property charges. Roof posted 10 percent of of $5,000 bond, and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 30.

- Intoxicating Compounds -

Benjamin A. Suman, 34, 93 N. Caroline St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 13, and charged with one count of the use, sale or delivery of intoxicating compounds. Suman was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where hs bond was set at $120. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 23.

- Retail Theft -

Lisa E. Markowitz, 28, address not given, was arrested on Sept. 13, and charged with one count of retail theft. Markowitz posted $150 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 23.

- Underage Drinking -

Carlos Morales, 20, 122 W. Woodstock St. 2 F, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 16, and charged with one count possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Morales was charged and released on the scene. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4.

- Driving on Suspended License -

Allan Sanchez, 26, 627 Virginia Rd. 112, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 16, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended drivers license, one count speeding, and one count operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Sanchez posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2.

Sanchez was arrested again on Sept. 17, and charged with one count of driving on a suspended drivers license and one count of violating bail bond/ class B conviction. Bond was set at $300. Sanchez posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

- Expired Drivers License -

Jose C. Arellano-Martinez, 37, 3735 S. Albany, Chicago, was arrested Sept. 19, on a Kane County warrant for having an expired drivers license for more than six months. He posted $300 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.

- Alcohol on Public Property -

Jonathan A. Pease, 30, 400 W. Virginia St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with having alcohol on, or in public property. Pease was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 4.

- Violating Orders of Protection -

Anthony J. Ferrante, 43, 360 Briarwood Circle, was arrested Sept. 22, and charged with one count of violating orders of protection. Ferrante was transported to McHenry County Jail, where his bond was to be determined. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13.
