Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Battery, Underage Drinking, Leaving Accident Scene

Crystal Lake Police release reports for Sept. 16-30, 2012.

Battery

John L. Gilbert, 35, 1356 Dolo Rosa, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 26, and charged with one count of domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count domestic battery/ physical contact. Gilbert was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date. 

Jeffrey S. Huber, 47, homeless, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 26, and charged with one count of aggravated battery of an officer or government employee, one count of resisting/ obstructing a police officer or correctional employee, and one count of criminal trespass/ remaining on land. Huber was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. Bail was set at 10 percent of $1,500, but Huber did not bond out, police said. Huber is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

George T. Gaudio, 27, 8109 E. Meadow Ln., Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 30, and charged with two counts of battery/ causing bodily harm. Gaudio posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 6. 

James P. Horan, 23, 5844 Fieldstone Trail, McHenry, was arrested Sept. 30, and charged with one count of battery/ causing bodily harm. Horan posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 6. 

Battery/ Underage Drinking

Cassidy S. Corcoran, 19, 7400 W. Hillside Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 29, and charged with one count of domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count of illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Corcoran was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

DUI

Apolinar Martinez, 30, 11706 Kenneth Ave., Huntley, was arrested Sept. 16, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content over .08, one count of having no drivers license (never issued a license), and one count improper lane use. Martinez posted $300, 10 percent of bond, and was released. Martinez was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Driving- Never Issued License

Yazmin A. Ramirez-Acosta, 28, 216 Shipland, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept 25, and charged with driving while never having been issued a drivers license. Acosta posted $100 bond and was released. Acosta is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 16. 

Leaving Accident Scene

Fred R. Santoro, 40, 1623 Carlemont Dr. Unit C, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 29, and charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and one count of improper lane use. Santoro posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 13.

Disorderly Conduct

Timothy P. Horan, 31, 5844 Fieldstone Trail, McHenry, was arrested Sept. 30, and charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Horan posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 6.
