Crystal Lake Police Blotter: DUIs, Domestic Battery, Marijuana Possession

Disorderly Conduct

Jennifer M. Ahmann, 23, 1409 Elk Trail, Cary, was arrested Nov. 14, and charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Ahmann posted $120 bond and was released. Ahmann is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Domestic Battery

Adam J. Gaughan, 20, 980 Waterford Cut, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 13, and charged with one count domestic battery/ causing bodily harm and one count domestic battery/ physical contact. Gaughan was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

 

DUIs

Ronald K. Scherf, 76, 943 Golf Course Rd.- Unit 3, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 14, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content over .08, one count improper lane use, and one count improper stop. Scherf posted $100 and his drivers license for bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 4.

Alexis N. Beyer, 26, 2814 Arbor Dr., McHenry, was arrested Nov. 15, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count possession drug paraphernalia. Beyer was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. Bond was set at $420. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Jessica L. Wilson, 25, 110 Fairington Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov.16, and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol, one count illegal transportation of liquor by a driver, disregarding a traffic control device, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was set at $3,000. Wilson was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Hilary A. Pirro, 40, 28 Esther St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 16, and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at 1 percent of $3,000. Pirro posted $100 and her drivers license and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.

Kyle R. Haskin, 24, 4618 Upland Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 17, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level over .08, and improper lane use. Haskin posted 10 percent of $3,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Stefani N. Craig, 22, 889 Golf Course Rd.-2, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 17, and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol, and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content over .08. Bond was set at $3,000. Craig posted bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Dc. 18.

Edward Boyso, 32, 1112 Windridge Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 20, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at one percent of $3,000. Boyso posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

 

Possession of Marijuana or Drug Paraphernalia

Eugene M. Celli, 46, 970 Estancia, Algonquin, was arrested Nov. 19, and charged with one count possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. Celli posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

Lazarus D. Larkin, 23, 240 Prairie St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 21, and charged with one count possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana. Larkin is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.

Michael W. Nazario, 19, 9219 Loch Glen, Lakewood, was arrested Nov. 21, and charged with one count with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at 1 percent of $1,500. Nazario posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana.
