Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Arrest Warrants, Underage Drinking

Outstanding Warrant

Lolichia Charie Graham, 27, 210 Elmhurst St. 212, Crystal Lake, was arrested June 4 on an outstanding in-state warrant. Graham posted bond and was released. Graham was scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on June 13.

Shirley Anne Rhoten, 43, 560 Somerset Ln. 8, Crystal Lake, was arrested June 5 on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rhoten posted 10-percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. June 19.

Marianna Rugo, 44, 1319 Clay St., Woodstock, was arrested June 13 on an outstanding McHenry County Sheriff’s warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Rugo posted bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 10.

Arnie Alan Blass, 18, 40 Francis Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 7, on an outstanding warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. Blass posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 3.

Cleophas Cleove McCaskel, 38, last known address of 294 First Court, Crystal Lake, was arrested June 15 on an outstanding warrant for battery/ causing bodily harm. McCaskel posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. 

Consumption of Alcohol by Minor/ Leaving Scene of Accident

Alexander A. Valdez, 19, 4603 McCullom Lake Dr., McHenry, was arrested June 6, and charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor, and one count resisting/ obstructing a peace officer. Valdez was unable to post bond and was transported to the McHenry County Jail. Valdez was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 3.

Violating Orders of Protection

Christopher A. James, 30, 900 Walnut St., Elgin, was arrested June 9 and charged with one count of violating orders of protection. James was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office.

Domestic Battery

Mark Anthony Donnelly, 44, 419 Garrison Ave., Cahokia, was arrested June 11 and charged with one count of domestic battery/ causing bodily harm and one count aggravated domestic battery. Donnelly was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
