ALCOHOL
John Alexander Heleniak, 50, 5305 Memory Tr., Johnsburg, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and with a blood alcohol level over .08, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to obey a police officer on Sept. 3. He was released on $100 bond, his driver’s license and an Oct. 25 court date.

DRIVING OFFENSES
Paola M. Garcia, 21, 735 Prairie View, #1C, Woodstock, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and one tail light on Sept. 2. She was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.

Antonio Alonso, 21, 4505 Garden Ct., McHenry, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license on Sept. 3. He was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 18 court date.
Luis Martin Carlos-Ugalde, 21, 28863 W. Pittner Ave., Cary, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding on Sept. 6. He was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.
John David Willis, 42, 6231 Hilda St., Columbia, Ariz., was charged with driving while license suspended, violation of CDL suspension and failure to wear a safety belt on Sept. 5. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
BATTERY
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with battery and two counts of reckless conduct on Sept. 2 and released to apparent with a court date to be set.
Michael David Gracia, 26, 197 Lake Ct., Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery on Sept. 2. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
Kevin John Masterson, 47, 1224 Westport Ridge, Crystal Lake, was charge with battery and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for reckless driving on Sept. 5. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
Patrick David Tate, 45, 407 Douglas Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with two counts of domestic battery on Sept. 15. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
OTHER OFFENSES
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal damage to property on Aug. 26 and released to a parent with a court date to be set.

Keith E. Lamasse, 48, 640 Rudat Ct., Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 4. He was released on $120 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.
Schyler Quintel McGuirk, 28, 1433 W. Lunt Ave., Chicago, was charged with criminal damage to property on Sept. 9. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an Oct. 4 court date.

Todd Patrick Campbell, 43, 563 Somerset Lane, #4, Crystal Lake, was charged with violation of an order of protection on Sept. 13 He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an Oct. 18 court date.
James Allan Kill, 45, 1098 Amberwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property on Sept. 11. He was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 18 court date.
Devin Joseph Ortega-Flight, 18, 300 Second Ct., Crystal Lake, was charged with violation of an order of protection on Sept. 14. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
Bradley D. Boro, 26, 537 Parkside Terr., Crystal Lake, was charged with three counts of forgery, three counts of resisting a peace officer and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 15. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
