DRIVING OFFENSES
Sergio D. Saravia, 27, 8238 Woodland Ct., #C, Darien, was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Aug. 1. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date.

Jorge Alberto Reza, 23, 160 Madera Cir., Carpentersville, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, license classification violation and failure to wear protective eye wear on Aug. 1. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.
Freddy Torres, 44, 4814 Drive In Lane, , was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license on Aug. 1. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date.

Berardino Marin, 37, 1035 Willow Bay St., South Elgin, was charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle on Aug. 1. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.
Reyna Nestor-Climaco, 32, 68 Woodbine Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, expired registration and improper lane usage on Aug. 2. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date.
Miguel Angel Milian-Guerra, 23, 2376 Goodsreed Ln., #C, Schaumburg, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, no valid registration, overweight on registration and load extended over four feet from the back of a vehicle on Aug. 3. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date.
Jeffrey Choi, 29, 3017 Lynn Ct., Arlington Heights, was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle on Aug. 3. He was released on a notice to appear and a Sept. 22 court date.
Russell Esquiel Soto, 35, 398 S. Oriole Tr., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration, no brake lights and driving without front or rear license plates attached on Aug. 4. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 20 court date.
Joseph Wade Egeland, 30, 1755 Woodhaven Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Aug. 3. He was released on $300 bond and a Sept. 12 court date.
Eulalio Soto, 24, 108 Berkshire Dr., , was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear for no valid driver’s license on Aug. 4. He was released on $600 bond and an Aug. 18 court date.
Yesela Chavez, 18, 784 Sussex Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of failure to appear for no valid driver’s license on Aug. 4. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
BATTERY
A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with domestic battery on Aug. 2 and released to a parent with a court date to be set.
Francisco Lopez, 19, 225 Uteg St., Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated battery, criminal trespass to property and resisting a peace officer on Aug. 6. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
