The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DRIVING OFFENSES

Juan Pablo Gonzalez-Mejia, 35, 503 Prospect Blvd., #2, Elgin, was charged with driving while license revoked, two counts of improper signal and two counts of improper lane usage on July 19. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 2 court date.

Jacqueline Mascote-Franco, 35, 76 Talcott Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision on July 21. She was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 9 court date.

Danielle Sharice Robinson, 21, 158 W. Woodstock St., #B, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended and suspended registration on July 21. She was released on $150 bond and an Aug 16 court date.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane usage and failure to wear a seatbelt on July 22. The juvenile was released to a parent with an Aug. 25 court date.

Amalia G. Desoto, 38, 18912 River Road, Marengo, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle and no headlights when required on July 23. She was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 9 court date.

Corey C. Goddeyne, 26, 602 W. 9th St., Tempe, Ariz., was charged with driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign on July 26. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.

Homero Lopez-Morales, 35, 695 Coventry Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, failure to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk and failure to notify police of a traffic crash on July 27. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 9 court date.

Mayra Isela Duran, 31, 574 Darlington Lane, #14, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of a suspended driver’s license and an obstructed windshield on July 28. She was release don $150 bond and a Sept. 13 court date.

Jacob A. Lawrence, 21, 7716 U.S. Rte. 14, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, disobeying a stop sign and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change on July 29. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date.

THEFT

Jesus Bueno, 40, 636 Canterbury Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on July 21. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date.

BURGLARY

Joseph W. Klein, 68, 2 Lake Shore Dr., Oakwood Hills, was charged with burglary and theft on July 20. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

BATTERY

Mark P. Falasz, 55, 1570 Dogwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery on July 25. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an Aug. 16 court date.

OTHER OFFENSES

Kurt E. Bath, 43, 947 Harvest Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful interference with the report of domestic violence on July 20. He was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 6 court date.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal sexual abuse on July 22. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.

David Raske, 22, no known address, was charged with criminal trespass to property on July 22. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

Daniel Thomas Hawkins, 19, 1794 Sommerfield Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal trespass to property on July 24. He was released on $150 bond with a court date to be set.

Robin J. Fontaine, 38, 373 Counsel Trail, Lake in the Hills, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for deceptive practices on July 27. He was released on $1,000 bond and an Aug. 25 court date.

Gary John Hayes, 48, 130 Inverness Ct., #A, Elk Grove Village, was arrested on a warrant out of Chippewa County for deceptive practices on July 29. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
