The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Joann M. Ulloa, 45, 1912 N. Orleans St., #A, McHenry, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to wear a seatbelt on July 10. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date.

Lorenzo Martinez, 24, 5014 State St., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended on July 12. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date. 

Raven Anne Kephart, 21, 578 Abbeywood Dr., Cary, was charged with driving while license suspended on July 12. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given an Aug. 16 court date.

Edward M. Lombardo, 23, 578 Abbeywood Dr., Cary, was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to drive a vehicle on July 12. He was released on a notice to appear with a court date to be set. 

DRUGS 

Edward Felipe Arteaga, 43, 540 Devonshire Lane, #6, Crystal Lake, was charged with battery and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on July 12. He was released on $150 and an Aug. 16 court date. 

OTHER OFFENSES            

Benjamin David Maddox, 24, 1146 Prescott Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of Jackson County, Wis., for failure to appear for obstructing on July 5. He was released on $500 bond with a Jackson County court date to be set. 

Kyle Christopher Lowery, 21, 24 Kent Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with resisting a peace officer and public fighting on July 10. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.
